General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Escort Services

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services concluded between the escort service and the customer. By booking a service, the customer accepts the GTC in their current form.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer sends a booking request to the escort service and this is confirmed by the escort service in writing or by telephone. The customer undertakes to provide truthful information when making the booking.

3. services

The escort service offers escort services that are agreed in advance and recorded in the booking contract. The services offered include, but are not limited to Accompaniment to events, dinner dates, travel and private meetings.

4. Prices and payment

The prices for the services are listed in the price list of the escort service and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is usually made in cash when the service is provided, unless another method of payment has been agreed.

5. Cancellation and refusal

The customer has the right to cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed date. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the escort service reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.

6. Liability

The escort service shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the services, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent. The customer is responsible for his behavior during the service and undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions.

The protection of the customer's personal data is important to the escort service. All personal data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties unless the customer has expressly consented or there is a legal obligation to pass it on.

The customer undertakes to be respectful and polite towards the escort during the services. Any form of violence, harassment or illegal activities will result in the immediate termination of the service and may have legal consequences.

9. final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments and supplements to the GTC must be made in writing. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
